Over the break, the Policy Debate Team of Cadence Dornak and Brooke Bacak competed at CX-State in Austin. They went 2-2, holding their ground while debating against the best of the best in Texas. Great job girls!

💪 For the first time since the Powerlifting Program has been brought back, the El Campo Ricebird lifters are heading to STATE in Abilene! Congratulations to Dallas Anzaldua, Stephen Norman, Camdyn Phillips, Aiden Garcia, and Nicolas Debo!

⚾ Ricebirds are set to play today at 4:30 vs Gregory-Portland and at 7:00 vs Bay City, but that could change due to the weather. Go Birds!

They strive to enhance communication between school and home by assisting parents in accessing the necessary information, assistance, and support to guarantee their child's academic and social achievements at school. Faas and Brummer's science kids took their Space test review session outdoors for a breath of fresh air!

Mrs. Kacer's Medical Terminology class participated in a senses lab. They determined which eye was their dominant eye, tested their nearsighted vision, found the correlation between taste and smell, and discovered which area of their tongue was most sensitive to sweet, sour, bitter, and salty. #CTE

🏌️‍♀️⛳ Golf Game Day in EC! The Ladybirds tee up today at the El Campo Country Club for the Ricebird Invitational.

🎾 Congratulations to our tennis team! 🥉 Jadiah Clay and Sophia Corona snagged 3rd place in girls doubles, while Casey Cerny and Laney Rawlinson rocked the Consolation Finalist title for girls doubles at the Wharton Varsity Invitational.

The Special Olympics Area 22 Gulf Coast Basketball competition took place in Alvin on March 2nd. Our athletes competed in the Individual Skills portion and did a great job of representing El Campo! 🥇 Felix Saenz placed 1st and received a gold medal 🥉 Timothy Armstrong placed 3rd and received a bronze medal 🥉 Laura Baker placed 3rd and received a bronze medal Way to go, Ricebirds!
