Mrs. Fernandez's 2nd graders engaged in several Thanksgiving activities packed with learning such as writing and presenting what they are thankful for, learning about the history and creating a First Thanksgiving bracelet, assembling turkeys by sorting fact and opinion feathers, collaborating to make a Favorite Pie graph and listening to a silly story, Turkey Trouble, to earn AR points. The class ended their festive day by joining other second graders to share a meal. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
