Welcome to Our Online Registration!

At the start of each school year, we ask families to update important information and complete annual sign-offs in Skyward. Online registration for returning students for the 2026-2027 school year opens on Skyward Family Access on July 13, 2026.

Disclaimer: ONLINE registration for 2026-2027 is required, and must be done for each child through the Skyward Family Access Parent Portal by the end of the day on Monday, August 3. Don't delay... your child's schedule and/or teacher's name will not be released until registration is complete.

**Registration can only be completed through a computer or laptop. Cellphone devices will NOT work. Password reset problems can be directed to Meadow Lane at 979-543-8255.

Returning Students Only

    • If you have a Parent Portal account and know your username/password, proceed to Step 2.
    • If you need help with your username/password, please get in touch with the campus beginning July 21st. Office personnel will not be available until then.

    • Family Access Forms, formally "first day packets", must be completed each school year for a "returning family".
    • You are a "returning family" if your student completed the previous school year in El Campo ISD.
    • Complete the forms online for each child through your Family Access Parent Portal account by clicking down below.
    • If you update your address during registration, you will need to then provide proper documentation to the campus in order for registration to be complete. Proper documentation includes proof of residence: utility bill (water, gas, or electric). *Must be a current bill in the parent/guardian's name and match the parent/guardian's ID and service address.

     

    Family Access Account 

    • Chromebooks are available on all campuses for those who need access.
    • If you need help completing the required back to school online registration documents or access to a computer, assistance will be available in the evening for returning student registration in late July. Exact dates TBA.

    1. After logging into your Family Access Parent Portal, select your student by clicking on the student name in the top left under Family Access.
    2. In the left navigation menu click on 26-27 Online Registration for Returning Students and Step 1a will open.
    3. Verify or update the information on the form and then click on the "Complete Step 1a and move to Step 1b" button.
    4. After clicking, it will move to the next form.
    5. Continue through until you have completed and submitted all forms.
    6. If you have multiple students, you will need to complete this process for each child.

All other New Student Registration begins July 13, 2026, BY APPOINTMENT only. All applications received before July 13 will be canceled.

Please follow the steps below:

  • To create a Skyward Family Access account, request access HERE. 

    • The link to complete the online registration process will be sent to the email address you used to create your Skyward Family Access Account.
    • Click on the link in the email to complete the registration process.**Registration can only be completed on a computer or laptop. Cellphone devices will NOT work.

    • Call 979-543-8255 to schedule your appointment.

    • Appointment Location:
    • It's required to bring the following documents to your appointment:
      1. Original Certified Birth Certificate
      2. Shot record
      3. Social Security Card
      4. Photo ID (Parent/Guardian)
      5. Proof of residence: Utility bill (water, gas, or electric). Must be a current bill in the parent/guardian's name and match the parent/guardian's ID and service address.
      6. Grades 9–12 - High School Transcript
