The PreK and ECSE students at Myatt are reading the book "Pumpkin Jack" so they took a quick field trip over to Walmart to look at and pick out a few pumpkins for their classrooms. They want to thank Walmart for donating a large pumpkin to each classroom and a huge thank you to both Walmart and First Convenience Bank for the goody bags! 🎃 See the fun here: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGUZQb-K6E/zT9r82-47lzrKGMpPwbHwA/watch?utm_content=DAGUZQb-K6E&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=editor

Mrs. Kacer’s Medical Terminology class participated in a muscle fatigue lab. Students had to do arm extensions for eight minutes, wall sits, and calf raises to see the effects of exercise on their muscles.

The PreK classes of Reeve, Janik, Tompkins, and Ramirez dove into a pumpkin-tastic experiment after getting their fill of the story "Pumpkin Jack"! 🎃📚

Mrs. Fernández’s 2nd graders embarked on a wild adventure to Lake Texana! They enjoyed a nature talk about insects, crafting alligators, learning about the importance of recycling, swinging on the playground, and trekking the hiking trail. And check out the star of the show: the Whipping Scorpion! What a field trip!
