
World Down Syndrome Day in ECISD!
All around the world, advocates take part in the Lots of Socks campaign to raise awareness about Down syndrome

🥎🚨 The softball games for today have been cancelled. The Varsity game has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 12.

Students in the ECHS Health Science Phlebotomy Program are working to get their license to draw blood as a Phlebotomist. The students need community volunteers to help reach their required 30 successful venipuncture sticks.
All participants will be entered into a drawing to win Visa gift cards ranging in value from $50 - $300. One entry per stick!
Days: April 10, 16, 22, 23, and May 1.
Time: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Place: ECHS Building H - Ave F & Ash St.

On Thursday, March 21st, we welcome everyone to wear their favorite socks to mark World Down Syndrome Day! We will be celebrating everything that makes all of us different, and yet the same. Simply choose some socks that are going to get noticed.
They might be mismatched socks, your craziest and most colorful socks, or whatever makes you happy!

ECISD will be closed for Fair Day on Friday, March 22nd. Classes will resume on Monday, March 25th.

Looking for something fun to do on Spring Break? Come out to the ballpark this morning and cheer on our Ladybirds as they take on Needville! Varsity plays at 11:00, JV at 1:00.

And how about our Parent Liaisons!?!? They strive to enhance communication between school and home by assisting parents in accessing the necessary information, assistance, and support to guarantee their child's academic and social achievements at school.

Location: ECHS bus ramp on Ave F
Plants for sale will be petunias, calendula, alyssum, verbena, salvia, and herb boxes containing basil, thyme, rosemary, chives, and parsley.
💲 $3 4" pots or 2 for $5
💲 $6 for quart pots or 2 for $10
💲 $25 for the herb garden






Reminder: Spring Break is right around the corner! Students will have early dismissal on Friday, March 8th to kick off Spring Break.
Classes resume on Tuesday, March 19th after teachers have a staff development day on Monday, March 18th.
