Parent Engagement Event - Wednesday, September 24th, 12:30-2:00. This event aims to inform parents and families of emerging bilingual students about the available services, supports, and resources that are available to them. It will take place at ECISD's Meadow Lane Resource Center.

Mrs. Hopper's Freshman Principles of Health Science class enjoyed learning how to stop a bleed. The students watched an informational slideshow, then got to practice on their “patient”. Some of them even used their acting skills. A fun and educational Friday was had by all! A big thank you to Nurse Ott for taking the time to lead the demonstration.

Pre-sale tickets for students are $4 and $6 for adults (cash only) at any campus or the athletic office, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are also available online (for an additional fee). Coach Larson’s A&P classes did an “Autopsy Lab” on their cadavers (aka the bananas) to demonstrate their knowledge of anatomical language and directions. They had to determine the cause of death for their banana. Lots of learning and fun was had by all!

Attention ECHS Students/Parents: For the 2025-2026 school year, the only gates that will be open from 7:00 to 7:30 am will be those on Avenue F and at the student parking lot. The gate by the front office on Norris Street will not open until 7:30 am.
