Mrs. Hopper’s Clinical Theory class had a wonderful morning as they completed their final day of clinicals today! The students shared baked goods and presented handmade thank-you cards featuring their pictures to each of our clinical sites.

The ECHS Clinical Program would like to once again extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the ECMH district and all of the various clinical sites for welcoming and supporting our students throughout the year. We truly appreciate your time, guidance, and partnership.

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of "The Bird Feeder," our very own ECHS food truck. It made its exciting debut during Teacher Appreciation Week, serving over 100 mouthwatering pulled pork nachos to our amazing El Campo ISD faculty and staff.

A huge thank you to Ms. Poenitzsch, Ms. Harp, and all of our talented Culinary Arts students for their hard work in the kitchen and for providing such a delightful lunch for our team.
