Big updates from last night’s School Board meeting! 🍎 From celebrating our talented students to investing in safer, better facilities, here is what’s happening in our district:
🏆 Student Recognitions: A huge round of applause for our Middle School TSA State Qualifiers, Powerlifting State Qualifiers, and our Band and Choir State Qualifiers! We are so proud of your hard work.
🏗️ Facility Updates: The board approved the Phase 1 Early Release and Demolition package for El Campo High School. Change is coming!
🚌 Safety & Accessibility: We’re investing in our kids with the purchase of a new school bus and brand-new accessible playground equipment (an investment of up to $325,000!).
📝 Looking Ahead: Contracts and letters of assurance for our certified teachers for the 2026-2027 school year have been approved. We’re grateful for our amazing educators!
