This is only for NEW incoming Pre-K and Kinder. You don't have to complete this registration if your child is already enrolled in Myatt.

Registration Dates

Bring required documentation to Myatt Elementary on one of the following dates: May 5th, 6th, 19th, or 20th, from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. Myatt is located at 501 W. Webb Street, El Campo, TX 77437. If you have questions, call 979-543-7514.

Documents Required for Registration

Pre K

• 4 years old on/before September 1, 2026

• Original Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Official Shot Record

• Proof of Income*

• Photo ID (parents)**

• Proof of Residence: utility bill (water, gas, or electric) (parent's name)

  *Last 30 days of check stubs for EVERYONE that works in the household or SNAP letter.

Kindergarten

• 5 years old on/before September 1, 2026

• Original Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Official Shot Record

• Photo ID (parents)**

• Proof of Residence: lease and/or utility bill (water, gas, or electric) (parent's name)

**ID & utility bill address MUST match

• Tarjeta del número Seguro Social

• Corriente tarjeta original de vacunas

• Tarjeta de identificación con foto

• Comprobante de residencia: factura de servicios públicos (agua, gas, electricidad)

Los últimos 30 días de prueba de talones de ingresos para verificar para cualquier persona que trabaja en el hogar o carta de SNAP

KG

• 5 años en/o antes de 9-1-2026

***la dirección de identificación y factura de servicios púbicos DEBE coincidir
