This is only for NEW incoming Pre-K and Kinder. You don't have to complete this registration if your child is already enrolled in Myatt.
Age Requirements:
Pre-K - must be 4 on or before September 1, 2024
Kindergarten - must be 5 on or before September 1, 2024
Required Documentation:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of Income for Pre-K only (one month’s check stubs or SNAP letter if received)
Parent ID (address on ID must match Proof of Residency)
Proof of Residency (light, water or gas bill in parent name)
**if bill not in parent name, an appointment will need to be made for residency verification prior to registration.
Shot Record
Bring required documentation to Myatt Elementary on one of the following dates: May 7th, 8th, 14th, or 15th, from 4:30 - 6:00 PM.
After the 15th, anyone needing to register will need to call to schedule an appointment or wait until July.
